Shipping policy

***Please note that orders may take longer than usual to arrive due to the COVID19 outbreak. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will, however, continue to ship out orders as usual & as efficiently as possible.  

Domestic Shipping (UK)
The total shipping price of your order will be calculated at checkout depending on its weight. 
Orders will take 1-2 working days to be processed.
Once dispatched, orders will take 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

International Shipping
For all international customers, we offer tracked shipping so that you are always aware of your items location during the delivery process. 
On occasion, larger orders may be shipped out in two separate packages.

Europe
The total shipping price of your order will be calculated at checkout depending on its weight.
Shipping fees start at around £6.00.
Orders will take 1-2 working days to be processed as usual.
We typically ship our international orders through Royal Mail, which aims to have your items delivered within 3-5 days.

Rest of World 
The total shipping price of your order will be calculated at checkout depending on its weight.
Orders will take 1-2 working days to be processed, and a further 5-7 working days to be delivered.

Lost/delayed parcels 
Aayah cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels. This is because once we send an order out for shipment to one of our courier services, it is their responsibility to make sure that the package is delivered to you on time. If your order does not reach you, we will have to contact the courier and start a claim. Please note that claims can take several weeks to conclude, and we will only consider refunding 70% of the product price.

Aayah cannot be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that this information has been provided accurately.
