***Due to the ongoing COVID 19 situation, we will NOT be accepting refunds/exchanges until further notice.


Refunds/Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, first contact us at aayahofficial@outlook.com, or send us a message through our 'Contact Us' page with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not return your item without first contacting us, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Once you have notified us and we have confirmed the reason for your return, please send the item back in its original packaging to the return address provided on the shipping label. Simply put a cross over the original shipping label, and write our return address clearly on the package. If you have lost the return address for any reason, contact us so that we can send it to you via email. Please note that Aayah is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that will incur when you return an item. 

Within 7 days of receiving your return, you will be notified via email confirming that it has been received, and whether your return was accepted or rejected upon inspection. Please note that we can only refund the product price, and not the additional shipping fees. 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of our email confirming that we have received your return. Please wait the full 7 days before contacting us regarding your refund. The time taken for your refund to be processed depends on your original payment method; some payment methods take longer than others to process - this is something we do not have control over. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted or sale items at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
